Remove all pscopilot urls from code #145

We need to remove all https://pscopilot.azure-api.net URLs from the code and decommission or restrict to MSFT only employees the API management onboarding website.

The Developer Portal https://pscopilot.developer.azure-api.net/ has been updated to disable "Sign up". Clicking on the link will lead to the "Sign in" page, so for those who have signed up, they can still sign in with their registered email/password. But for new users, they won't be able to sign up.
