Added support for SHiPS's home path example: Azure:>dir ~\ On Windows, will show %userprofile% folder On Linux, will show HOME folder
Perf implement for "dir -force" , refresh the last node
Move toNet 4.7.1
Pending: testcase. Coming next commit
