Added installation steps to install using Powershell Gallery.

@jwmoss Thanks! However, I have already added installation instructions and now there are merge conflicts in your PR. Also, you would need to update the Installation.md in the docs folder.

Also.. IMO, since this is not 1.0.0 release, it should not be installed at system level.
