Changes

• Update ms.date to current date - fixed in OPS10
• Don't add Aliases placeholder text - Fixed in OPS12
• Descriptions for INPUTS and OUTPUT replaced with placeholders - fixed in OPS10

For discussion

• How to handle __AllParameterSets?
  • Omit the name? Use a different label value?
• Rethink syntax parameter sets - After consideration, I want to replace existing parameters sets with the discovered parameter sets. This will remove parameters that were added for different providers. But I think including those parameter sets is confusing and difficult to maintain.
  • The author will add the dynamic parameters from the providers in the H2 Parameters section and document them accordingly.
