Get-DomainSubnet and Get-DomainSite throw exceptions when there aren't any #315

Self explanatory. If there are not sites or subnets, then Get-DomainSubnet and Get-DomainSite throw an exception. Ideally the output would be nothing. This causes issues with other cmdlets, such as Get-DomainGPO -ComputerIdentity <COMP>
