Importing one heekscad file to another

I've started to build up a little collection of heekscad files that do one
small part of a larger project.  For instance I might have one file with a
bit of art to be engraved.  It includes the geometry and the associated
HeeksCNC operations.

When I try to import the file into the larger project, the geometry is
imported but the associated operations are lost.

If I try to import a second time, HeeksCAD segfaults.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a file with some geometry and associated operations.

2) import a second file with geometry and operations.  Note that the
geometry appears but not the operations.

3) Try importing another file.  Kaboom!
