Printing /print preview can't be controlled #299

The print/preview function needs controls to move and scale the print area 
relative to the drawing.

As it is now, unless the drawing is small enough and correctly positioned in 
the global coordinate system, it cannot be printed.

Yes, this would be good.
I added "Print" so that I could print things exactly the right size to use as 
paper templates for things.

Dan,
  I agree that we should add window controls for the printing feature but I must say that your original intent is something I value as well.  Before I got the CNC part of my mill working, I would often draw something and print it onto either paper or clear plastic film.  I could then adhere the printed copy to the workpiece and locate holes etc. based on these pieces of graphics.
  If we do add controls for scaling, can we keep the ability to print at real size as well?
