Dragging objects in the objects menu can make them dissapear. #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start HeeksCAD
2. Drag a tool to somewhere outside of the tool folder.
3. It's gone!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that if you drag something to a place it doesn't belong that the 
object returns to its original position instead of going to the bit bucket.

I've accidentally dragged objects and lost them several times when trying to 
right click and get the popup menu. 

I'm running HeeksCAD r1443 from the repo on 64-bit Ubuntu 10.10.
