Scrollbar does not appear in objects menu on startup #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a CAD file with enough objects to requires a horizontal scrollbar in 
the objects list.
2. Save project and exit HeeksCAD.
3. Restart HeeksCAD with the same project.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The object list should have a horizontal scrollbar.  You cannot click on items 
which are below the bottom of the objects window.

A work around for this is to collapse and then expand the object list.  The 
horizontal scrollbar then appears as expected.
