The difference between truncate_absolute and truncate_absolute_chars is unclear #1274

This is for master.

As far as I can tell, POWERLEVEL9K_SHORTEN_STRATEGY=truncate_absolute has the same effect as POWERLEVEL9K_SHORTEN_STRATEGY=truncate_absolute_chars. If this is intended, please say so in the docs. If not, please fix the code and clarify the difference between these two strategies in the docs.

Codewise I don't think there is a difference (besides an extra comment). On next it even shares the same switch case...

No idea why the docs were not changed. Thanks for the report! I'll fix it on next shortly.
