When a user creates a group, the user needs to know the value of owning/managing a group -- a) they get access to all these amazing tools, and b) they can organize/manage their group from the group profile screen... It should be clear what happens with notifications for leader content so that the group owner understands the value of what they have now.
After Group Registration:
User clearly understands different types of content s/he can create from "new post" icon
User clearly understands that managing the group is done through Group Profile screen
User clearly understands how leader content is different from user content (notifications)
