This occurred on iOS and is explained on Slack. It seems to happen as follows: user opens app, user uses app succesfully, user turns off device, user restarts device, user opens app, app hangs on loading screen.
I should not have to uninstall/reinstall anything to get something working again, but uninstall/reinstalling is successful... Until user restarts device again.

This is blocking deployment of v2.1 release.
