Staging/Prod: iOS Notifications don't work in Staging #588

The dev APNS certificate has been deployed in Staging environment so I would expect notifications to work in staging on iOS. They only work on Android, but that was only after Igor manually intervened.

1) I need to know what fix was made so that this stops happening for Android/iOS notifications 2) I need to get confirm iOS notifications work in Staging before we deploy to Prod.

What am I missing here? This is blocking deployment of v2.1 release.

Staging uses Prod cert because IPA/Diawi accepts Prod certs.
