The ability for the system to support the creation/modification/deletion and display of the following to the general group profile:
A group banner (an image that is different from the group avatar)... This will be displayed in the group newsfeed header and in the Item Detail Screen header. Should function very similarly to the group avatar from an API standpoint.
Only the group owner/manager should be able to edit. Will need to leverage imgix just like group avatar.
