In DEV, I cannot see any images. The connection between dev db, S3 bucket, and igmix does not seem to be setup correctly. If images have been deleted, then either 1) we need to replace them to confirm images work as expected, and/or 2) we need to confirm that we deliver letter avatars when images are not available.
