One-time Pop-up on My Influences Screen #611

When user views My Influences screen for the first time, they see a pop-up that says "The best way to get followers is to put yourself out there with thoughtful posts and comments! The more followers you have, the more influence you have and the easier it is for your posts to get boosted!" Got it.
