Question - OneSignal configuration. #195

I'm wondering if there's a way that we can simplify this with OneSignal so that one message is sent to multiple recipients... instead of one message to each recipient. This could be overwhelming to manage at scale. Not urgent, but something to look for.

It's possible to send notifications to multiple devices through OneSignal. Unfortunately AWS doesn't support this feature, so our notification system was developed same way. I can change it, but it'll take time.
