Allow files / directories to be copied/mirrored prior to the composer installation #8

Problem/Motivation

Need to be able to copy/mirror directories that contain dependencies defined within the composer.json definition. Currently we only have support for patches, but we can't account for everything, so we need a solution to which we can manually add files/directories to the project-x configuration.
