Fix Navigation bar Overlapping Contention Mobile View #1

In the mobile version of the application, the navigation bar overlaps the main content when scrolling. This causes a poor user experience as some content becomes unreadable on smaller screens.

Open the application on a mobile device (or use the browser's developer tools to simulate a mobile view). Scroll down any page with long content. Observe how the navigation bar remains fixed but overlaps the content below it, hiding portions of the text or images.
