Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there's no way to rate a book after searching it

Describe the solution you'd like I'm able to rate through the modal after I search for a book image

Additional context The stars that are currently displayed is the average rating. Changes are made and all tests pass. If user is not logged in, and the book is rated he/she should be redirected to login page.
