Active User Stories in already finished sprints #97

It is possible to have user stories labeled as being "active" (i.e. not completed) in finished sprints. This is not wanted as only completed user stories should be associated with closed sprints.

Maybe the user should be asked when pressing "Stop Sprint" but I guess it would also be a good default/behaviour to move these user stories back to the backlog for reassigning them.

Actually not just active.. also inactive... user stories in a sprint (that is closed) should always be completed!
