Redesign annotations and region cutting tools #13

Pragya Mohan REPO OWNER created an issue 2015-08-11 Currently they are quite unintuitive and the region cutting tools seem like a paint tool. The distinction between annotation and region cutting tools needs to be more obvious.

ba004d2 Task 13: redesign UI with CSS styling and icon buttons. For now this is being made low priority. Within the scope of the honours project for which this program is being made, fresh design ideas are not high in priority as there are more important features to be added. It may be worth doing some work on this task when the program is being developed as an open source project.
