The option to remove favorites is not available in the context menu... it is in
the right popup menu when you are in favorites. To remove favorites, you must
be in your favorites menu in the left popup window in Navi-X. Highlight an item
in the list and press right on the remote to bring up the right side popup
menu. It contains both "Add Favorite" and "Remove Favorite".

Please utilize support at Navi-Xtreme site at http://navix.turner3d.net next
time for assistance. Had you done this, you would have already known the
favorites options are not in the context menu, but another menu entirely.

P.S. Please do not continue to open tickets for this technical issue or they
will be closed indefinitely. Thanks!

Actually, I found the hidden menu to remove an item from your favorites. You
need to highlight the item and click the right button of your remote control
and choose :'' More Options'' and scroll down to : ''Remove Item'' et voilà.

I understand, I have the same problem with some items in my favorites the ''
Remove Item'' is no longer there, I don't know if It has something to do with a
bug in Navi-X. I tried to remove '' Boseman's Media site'' then it gave me the
same menu you listed. I watched after a channel then I decided to give it a
shot again and now I have the ''Remove item'' back Here is what I have in the
drop down menu.
- Download
-Play
-Cut item
-Paste item
-Remove item...

If it is still not showing, restart your Navi-X. Hope it will work this time.

Yes, I have both versions 1 & 2 and was able to do it on both. I fully trust
you, I had a hard time to figure it out myself. I made a video to show you the
menu, sorry for the quality.

what my menu looks like http://oi44.tinypic.com/102sawy.jpg i took the image
before the 3.7.5 navix update. but the menu is still the same.

I think I know what is the problem, my navi-x version is 3.7.2 and I guess that
the builder forgot to put this menu back in the new version. I think there is a
way to roll back to the same version as mine get rid of the items you don't
want then install the most recent version.

so roll-back, delete the items not needed and re-update again? thats a long
process if needs to be done a lot. but i guess that would be the only solution
for time being. thank you :)

issue 112 & 115 are the same issue. I reported this originally in 112 and had
exactly the same response from IRonBill.

This issue is still there. I just put up with it, and periodically downgrade
back to 3.7.2 (where the option is still available).

I then restart Navi-X, clear out all of the favorite Items i want to get rid
off, upgrade back to 3.7.5 and restart.

Its a pain in the butt, though for some reason no one seems to believe this
issue exists. Its not fixed, and and nots irrelevant.

just saw this thread and thought i'd shed some light. when first log into
navix. left click button then to favorites; select show/file. then right
click, more options. then you can "Cut Item. and this will delete the item
from your favorites list.

ok, i had this problem and it was bugging me, alll you have to do is go to the
navi x home page and go to the update tab and go down and install 3.7, it will
say you alredy have it but download it again, it will take about 5 - 7 second,
then shut down navi x an turn it back on and hold menu, you should see the
remove item tab, thank you
