Cursor should stay in the middle of the list when possible during scroll

Does XBMC even offer this animation in it's arsenal? Can we actually make this
type of animation work in python for XBMC? If not, isn't kind of pointless to
keep this ticket open? I guess if no one knows for sure, we can keep it open
until someone can determine this for sure, but I'm telling you all now...

People ask for LOTS of new features for Navi-X... many that I know can't be
done and some which require a dedicated feature dev to spend some time on. I
just think we should close any tickets we know for sure cannot be done. We can
keep the "possibles" open, but we will just load up this area with everyone's
hopes and dreams if we don't instill a level of reasonability.

Just my two cents... would like to use this section for bugs mainly... feature
requests could be a bunch of filler for this section if we let it, especially
if we don't move on investigating feature requests.

This was just requested in the forums. I put it in here this morning because I
get it and it sounds like a good idea; it's at least worth taking a look at the
interface code and seeing if it's possible. If it's not, I'll kill the issue.
I'm currently the only Navi-X developer for features or anything else, and have
started using this area to keep track of elements I plan to work on. I hadn't
considered the public reaction to issues in here - I guess I can go back to
using notepad if I need to.

The xbmcgui module does not provide any means to either get or set the scroll
offset of a playlist entity; that makes this request not doable. (It was worth
a try)
