BBC Archive processor not working #132

The processor was created by the NX user ameinild. The scraper lives at 
http://www.straumr.dk/host/BBC_Archive_scraper_plx.php with the processor at 
http://www.straumr.dk/host/BBC_Archive_proc_video.php. Will need to contact 
ameinild since the processor alone cannot be fixed and hosted locally; the 
scraper would need to change as well.
