Status: 400, Detail: DNS name was empty, Type: urn:acme:error:malformed #93

CENTOS 6.8 (32bit), WHM 56.0 (Build 36)

SSL's are not auto-renewing. I used WHM to delete the ssl for one domain, then tried to add a new certificate. This is failing with: Status: 400, Detail: DNS name was empty, Type: urn:acme:error:malformed

/var/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log is empty.

Edit to add: I ran ./upgrade.sh before attempting the above.

Re-instated existing cert, and a couple of days later it auto-magically renewed without further intervention.
