WHM Service SSL Certificate Issue #99

Hello,

For some reason it is not installing the WHM Service SSL Certificate on any settings. When I do hostname it shows my full hostname (cp.domain.com) and is not a problem there. How do I fix this, I tried using the README.md in the front but it didn't work.
