so we can set up tit to use already available .git repo
Added: dependency PyYAML
restructured tit init command and separated code for checking Repo and R/W files
tit init
Use Rich Print function to format the prints
Updated and Added Test Cases.
Now we check for repo in current and all the parent folder till root directory
Updated gitignore to ignore .tit files for the time being
