Nav bar's opacity is reduced when the hero section is more than 85% visible.

What is the use of 15% visible nav bar here?

If there is no use you can remove it completely or if you still want to keep the bookmarks and all other links then only the opacity of the nav bar background should be reduced, rest of the items can stay always visible
