This PR resolves #5 Stacked under PR #4

A general setup for the sass files like:

typography
color variables
general page resets
utilities

May change later during development.

If this is a stacked PR, then you should raise It against the PR it is stacked on top of so that when checking the diff in the files tab, only the changes of this PR are shown.

You can mention on top that this is a stacked PR and the previous PR should be merged first for the reviewer so that they merge that first (as they are in a stack). Can also mark this PR as draft till the PR its stacked upon is merged
