onICEConnectionStateChange error #1

Every few minutes into the stream, stream turns black and logs onICEConnectionStateChange error. If user shares video again, it works fine.

TODO: Look for possible causes and solutions. Worst case - whenever this error is detected, re-establish a new share stream.

Solved by udpating PeerJS.
