Re-designing "Latest projects" page

Describe the feature

I would like to redesign the page.

Instead of cards , i would like to add a timeline like this:

It should be implemented because

it will enhance the project in terms of UI and UX. The users will get to know about latest projects on the top and previous projects at bottom Also, the cards are very big, the timeline will align the content properly

Additional context

• i will add a timeline
• i will wrap up the content in horizontal cards
• i will add hover effect
• The cards will match the theme of website
