Describe the feature

I would like to add meta tags to improve the SEO performance of the website. @surajvast1 Please assign me this issue under GSsoc 2024. Current index.html looks like: WhatsApp Image 2024-07-15 at 12 33 18 PM

It should be implemented because

Meta tags can help search engines better understand the content of our pages, leading to improved visibility and higher rankings.
