Changes:

Update to v1.2.7
PDBx/mmCIF format added. CryoEM structures and huge polymers, viral capsids can be loaded the same way as other files.
PDBx/mmCIF made default input and output (PDB input is still included)
GUI improved.
Remember to inform ResearchIT about file format changes.
HetAtom object made obsolete (replaced by Atom object)
Documentation improved
