Create a Footer #6

Add a footer to the footer.ejs file with a message (e.g., "Open to Contributions") or add social links. Style the footer to make it visually appealing.

I don't know what happened on my end, I thought I submitted a PR yesterday, but looks like it never went{ you can check on my profile-repo-branch}. I will try sending again.

image please make it more appealing, and eye catch, separate the footer from main theme, and the footer should be aligned at the end of the page, trying adding switching themes options like dark theme, white theme
