Extend Copy Task to allow specifying target spatial context #325

Extend the copy task schema to include the target spatial context. When 
creating new geometric properties in the target class, this spatial context 
will be used. 

This will open up for future work where we can compare the source and target 
spatial contexts when copying and plug in a re-projection operation in the bulk 
copy process.
