Update SSU so it includes the id of user that posted it #30

Requirement:

Backend:

Update the SSU object to have an extra field called "userid"
Make the necessary changes needed in the SsuFactory class ( Look at SsuValuesMapper class and InsertToDatabase() method)
Make the necessary changes needed in the setup sql script (userid should be a REFERENCE KEY to userid in the users table)
Make necessary changes in inside SsuPostData

You will be making changes inside the folloing files:

SimpleStatusUpdate.java
SsuFactory.java
setup_db.sql
SsuPostData.java
