Code for issue #7 Account Settings Interface: completed HumanUsersControllers backend code: completed Js calls to Rest Api : never started.

Added accountsettings html and accountsettings css pages. Page is mobile responsive. Added images folder to accountsettings folder which includes eagle logo. Also finished the getAccountSettingsInfo method in the HumanUsersControllers java file. Page is complete. No JS calls are made to the rest api to make data in the account-settings html page dynamic in this version.
