Describe the bug

Current Behaviour: Unable to complete the Input fields of Add Bus form due to small aspect ratio Screenshot (313)

Console Logs error after Add Bus is clicked: Screenshot (315)

Expected behaviour

The Input fields are aligned properly and compact in the frame, and the form is being submitted sucessfully! Screenshot (314)
