Improve design of sign-in and sign-up buttons on login.html #86

The sign-in and sign-up buttons in the webpage need design improvements to align them with the overall aesthetic. I propose updating the styling, color scheme, and alignment to enhance their visual appeal and compatibility with the rest of the page. The goal is to provide a cohesive design and a better user experience. Please assign this issue to me, under GSSOC'23 contribution.

I have done the changes and the PR is named as update style.css . This is my first time contributing so i think there s a confusion. Please let me know if its understandable for you.
