Move pipeline to JAC #121

We're abandoning the old Jenkins in favour of JAC, so I'm moving the 2git pipeline.

Made a lot of progress (on the test-pipeline) branch. Unfortunately I bumped into the silliest thing: Scripts not permitted to use staticMethod org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.DefaultGroovyMethods stripIndent

I'll sort this out on friday

failed to: Push from docker ssh-agent has a bunch of flaws when run inside docker.image().inside {} and things are generally annoying.
