Support of proxies #4

The idea of this task is to provide a possibility to pass into build process proxy settings. Details: pass *_proxy env variable as build arguments -> update Dockerfile and docker_compose.yml (main and for Munchausen), make sure that those env variables are also set in containers

DoD: it is possible to pick up proxy setting from environment variables, proxy used during build and corresponding env set inside resulting container
