In relation to #10 we need a container setup that is https enabled with certificates.

This is needed to automatically test Jira integration with https enabled hosts.

what happens currently if I use https?
is it tested at all - do we now it works?
which tests related to this do we already have - add link to source files
how do you suggest to write a test? Which situations will be tested? valid/invalid certs?
how do you plan to handle the situation in the PAC code? What should happen internally and on the user-side (reporting).
