Document the create AWS instance for the demo setup and create docker secrets #4

We can use the scripts we copied in #2 to create this.

Generally we want to re-use as much as possible for this, as a reference take a look at the file here: https://github.com/Praqma/praqma-jenkins/blob/master/awsSetupForJenkins.sh

This issue is about making sure we know exactly how the instance is created when using the scripts in #2. There might be secrets we need to save internally.

Also you might as part of this do the manual work of creating docker secrets.
