Create a working learning environment for Ansible enabling

Try concepts (configuration management, Infrastructure as Code) before going to the client
Play with new features
Running Docker / Cloud / local VMs
Potential usage with Praqma Production env

Evaluate and compare with other tech like Chef

This issue is inspired by a (still unapproved) request from a client for at PoC showcasing provisioning and configuration management of Windows Servers using Ansible. While Ansible is gaining popularity, it makes good sense to evaluate it, and possibly use it internally.
