Transfer codescene control to Praqma #43

Your very welcome contribution done in #42 is bound to your personal account.

I need a Praqma account, and a way to control the projects from one account, or subaccounts.

Codescene is currently in Alpha, and I don't believe they have yet added the needed features to create a company account, as you can only log in with your github account. We could start over using one of the "Praqma" github acocunts to sign up for a plan and create the projects again there, but I think this is a messy workaround.

For now my only option in codescene is to add other people as "collaborators". I have added you @buep as collaborator on all three existing projects (and @groenborg on the git-phlow one).

I will try to write to codescene support and hear if they have better solutions in the pipeline.

I have now written a mail to Codescene about this (bcc. to @buep ).

Any news on this, did you get an answer to you rmail?

Got email from Martin Stenlund suggesting a trial of on-premise version. Got email from Adam Thornhill where he suggest adding a admin collaborator role and suggest that we have a chat about further needs. Both emails have been forwarded to Bue, and I have also answered both. We will try to set up a hangout with Adam asap.

And a new email from Adam informing that they have now added the admin collaborator feature! I have taken the opportunity to add Bue as admin on all the 3 repos I currently have set up in codescene. (and Simon on the git-phlow one)
