Update README with developer tips to settle for atomic environment (docker) #71

We have seen issues with developer environments, and build slaves that differs. Even though Maven wraps most dependencies.

So to allow for optional atomic environments, we would like to use a docker container.

I'll write a short readme update on it.

It should be used as build slave later as well. Create issue on it.
