Results page is open to the public #161

Perhaps we should have a login to our results page. Otherwise, anybody can see the collected answers

I'll let @lakruzz give input on this, so we can prioritize it if needed.

I general, @lakruzz what parts of the questionnaire would you like to be private and public, maybe a few bullet we can do a sanity check against would be nice.

The two repositories, the engine repo and the first content repo we created are public. Credentials for deployment etc. are private, currently used as git submodule in the public repo, or some secrets come from circleci.
