Backend should support IS_SILENT flag #12

Currently backend does not seem to support IS_SILENT flag sent by device, 
though this was possible to see in google docs crash reports. Could you also 
add it to your backend or hint how to do it myself?

The value is being pulled into the database, there just is not a display of 
it.. I didnt think it too important..

I will add it into the list of things to do when I get time to work on this 
app..

Added is silent to the fields on the top of the report view.
