Crashes at start #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Winamp crashes immediately when started. When i delete plug-in dll, it 
works perfectly again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I did not test it with older versions of Winamp, there is a high chance that 
even if
it starts, it won't work because of the API that I used is not compatible with 
the
older Winamps.
